Operation Christmas Child

“Let the children come to Me; do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God.”
Mark 10:14

The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. Through this project, Samaritan’s Purse partners with the local church worldwide share the Good News of Jesus Christ and make disciples of the nations.

Please watch this short video to see what happens after you pack a Shoebox!

Shoebox Packing Information

IMPORTANT NOTE: Deadline to turn in shoeboxes is November 15th!

Sharon will have a table in the lobby with information and cardboard shoeboxes for you to pick up along with adhesive labels to go on your box that has a tracking code. (Optionally, Hobby Lobby sells very nice Operation Christmas Child plastic boxes.) Please visit her table for more details on packing the shoeboxes!

Some counties won’t allow children to attend school if they don’t have the proper supplies, so please consider packing some simple school supplies in your shoeboxes. Sharon will provide a lined notebook for you to pack in your shoebox! Please also consider packing personal hygiene items such as a tooth brush and soap.

Additionally, we have the ability to pack shoeboxes online! Follow the link below to learn more about this option. (Our church will receive credit for boxes packed online through this link.)
