What Kind of Event?

Please enter the nature of your event! (i.e. Wedding, Home School Event, Shower, Party, etc.) Please let us know if you will need to use our chairs, tables, sound system, media equipment, or any other facility resources. Please be as descriptive as possible.)

Each selection comes with its own set of guidelines / clean up checklists that will be sent to you upon confirmation of your event.

Will there be minors at your event (anyone under the age of 18)?

If there will be minors at your event, they must be under the supervision of their parents at all times. If you are providing childcare you must follow the Sovereign Grace Church Policies*. Someone from Sovereign Grace Church will contact you to discus further.

Additional Information:

There will be a Facility Manager on site to unlock and lock the facility and to oversee the facility during your event.
No alcohol is allowed on the premise.
Children are not allowed on the playground without adult supervision.
